The 65th Annual Spring Parade of Homes in Gainesville, Florida, celebrated creativity, innovation, and beauty. The event was a two-weekend extravaganza that brought together builders, developers, subcontractors, lenders, suppliers, and designers to showcase the latest ideas in the housing industry. As a sponsor of the event, we at Jackson Stoneworks were proud to be a part of this grand showcase of talent and expertise.
In this piece, we’ll share our experience and highlight the homes that featured our countertops. We’ll also provide details on the builders we worked with and the locations of their model homes.
The Builders We Worked With
Of all the model homes in the parade, we worked with four builders, supplying them with our top-quality countertops. Here’s a rundown of each builder and their model homes:
AR Homes Gainesville – Barry Rutenberg & Associates, Inc.
AR Homes Gainesville had two custom homes in the parade featuring our countertops. The first model home was in Oakmont, at 10960 SW 30th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32608. The second model home was in Kingston, located at 2469 NW 150th Blvd, Newberry, FL 32669. Both homes were spectacular, showcasing the very best in custom home design.

Our Experience of the Event
As a Spring Parade of Homes sponsor, we were thrilled to participate in such a fantastic event.
We share the experience with many participants who got to see homes that featured our countertops. We were proud to see how our products added to the beauty and functionality of these homes, and we were delighted to see how the builders used our countertops in innovative ways to create stunning designs.
The Spring Parade of Homes was a great success, and we were honored to be a part of it. In our opinion, events like this are crucial for the housing industry because they offer a valuable opportunity for builders, developers, and designers to display their talents, share their thoughts, and gain knowledge from one another.
